What are the requirements to become a channel partner?

Valid GST registration, PAN card, business vintage of minimum 1 year, existing lending experience preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates.
How long does onboarding take?
3-5 working days from complete documentation submission to platform access and partner code activation.
What are the payout cycles?
Payouts are processed monthly after successful disbursal and completion of required documentation. Specific terms are shared during onboarding.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Digital platform training, product training, and regular update sessions are provided to all active partners.
What is VeloCT?
Our digital onboarding platform facilitates online partner registration, documentation, and credential creation.
What is View My Application?
Customer portal to track their loan application status, make payments, complete Video KYC and e-signing of documents.
Can customers track cases in real-time?
Yes. View My Application offers complete visibility from login to disbursement, including loan application status, pending actionables for the customer, and disbursement timelines.
What documentation is required for case login?
Standard KYC (PAN, Aadhaar), income proofs (salary slips/ITR), property documents, and bank statements. Detailed checklists are provided on the platform.
What is the TAT for credit decisions?
Varies by product and case complexity. Prime Home Loans typically see faster decisions. Your relationship manager can provide specific SLA details.
Do you support partners in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities?
