The Customer authorises ICICI HFC to exchange, share, part with all information related to the details and transaction history of the customers to its Affiliates/ banks/ financial institutions/ credit bureaus/ agencies/ participation in any telecommunication or electronic clearing network as may be required by law, customary practice, credit reporting, statistical analysis and credit scoring, verification or risk management and shall not hold ICICI HFC liable for use or disclosure of this information.
For the purpose of this Privacy Commitment, Affiliate of ICICI HFC shall mean and include any company which is the holding company or subsidiary of ICICI HFC, or any person under the control of or under common control with ICICI HFC or in more than 26% of the voting securities of which ICICI HFC has a direct or beneficial interest or control.

AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING

We may also carry out automated anti-money laundering and sanctions checks.
