Our affordable housing loan scheme, Apna Ghar Dreamz has been specially designed to help people with low income buy a home.

1. You refer 1 customer for Apna Ghar Dreamz Home Loan, Loan Against Property(LAP), Micro LAP & Balance Transfer
   
2. You win ₹ 5,000 Voucher once we disburse loan to your referred customer or you may choose to donate ₹ 5,000 for girl child education to Give India our NGO partner

• ICICI HFC will send an e-gift gift voucher within 7 working days after the loan is disbursed to the referred customer. This Programme is not applicable in scenarios where a Referrer refers oneself or her/his spouse or parents but can refer any immediate family members including (children, and siblings). It is hereby clarified that the referral scheme is not applicable to existing customers. 
• If you choose to donate ₹5,000 for girl child education to our NGO partner GiveIndia, you will receive a receipt from the NGO at your permanent home address mentioned in our records. It is hereby clarified that while ICICI HFC has done a background check of the activities undertaken by the NGO and its credentials, ICICI HFC shall not be responsible for the any actions and steps undertaken by the NGO. 
• ICICI HFC shall have the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the said offer at any time without prior intimation to the Customer
• If validity of the gift voucher expires, ICICI HFC will not be responsible to renew the voucher
